RETURNS & BREAKAGES
Please, notify us within 7 days from the delivery date to return an item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items purchased 'on sale' or made to order / customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain the original packaging and photograph both the packaging and the damaged piece. Contact us with the photographic proof of the damage and we will either send a replacement or offer a refund.
Refund or Reschedule on Pottery Classes
If you are unable to attend your pottery class please inform us 7 days before and where possible we will try to get your class rescheduled, if cancellation is within 48 hours we are unable to re-sell the class space, and no refund will be possible.
