RETURNS & BREAKAGES
Please, notify us within 7 days from the delivery date to return an item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items purchased 'on sale' or made to order / customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain the original packaging and photograph both packaging and damaged piece. Contact us with the photographic proof of the damage and we will either send a replacement or offer refund.
